Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

48 Contiguous States ships orders within the 48 contiguous states via UPS or USPS.  Depending on product availability, orders shipped UPS Ground usually arrive within 1-6 business days.  Packages sent UPS will not deliver on Saturday. Accurate shipping address and phone number is required. Signature may be required for delivery. The shipping charges are as follows:

UPS Ground

  •     $5.95 Flat Rate for orders below 3lbs. (Excludes: APO/FPO- PO Boxes- Hawaii- Alaska- Pureto Rico, International Orders)
  •     $7.95 Flat Rate for orders 3lbs to 30lbs.(Excludes: APO/FPO- PO Boxes- Hawaii- Alaska- Pureto Rico, International Orders)
  •    NOTE:Heavier shipments over 30lbs will be assesed a Flat Rate of $9.95.(Excludes: APO/FPO- PO Boxes- Hawaii- Alaska- Pureto Rico, International Orders)
  •     All orders shipped to (Hawaii- Alaska- Puerto Rico) must use either USPS Mail or UPS. Flat Rates do not apply to these states, NO EXCEPTION.
  •     All orders shipped to (PO Boxes- APO/FPO) must use United States Postal Service(USPS). Flat Rates do not apply to these addresses, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  •     All UPS Shipments are delivered Monday thru Friday- UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sundays (Except Special Overnight shipemnts)

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select are also available. The cutoff time for these options is 11:00 AM PST.  This excludes weekends (Saturday-Sunday) UPS does not have pick up packages over the weekend.

3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air rates are determined by weight and distance of the package

Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability. Depending on the volume of orders that day, the cutoff time is 1:00 pm PST

We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot for we the driver to leave the package if no one is home.  If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.   This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.  Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

USPS Priority Mail

Priority mail rates are determined by weight and distance of the package. This shipment method only takes 2 - 3 days and even includes Saturdays!

Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability. Depending on the volume of orders that day, the cutoff time is 1:00 pm PST

We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error.  Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered.  If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

Because our shipping warehouse is located in the state ofCalifornia, packages to Californiaaddress will be delivered much faster than to other states. The average delivery estimate for a UPS Ground package to a Californiaaddress is 1 business day after processing. So most packages will be recieved in the quickest possible time. You can use this information to your advantage and ship UPS Ground instead of 2nd or 3rd day shipping, and still receive your package quickly.

APO/FPO Shipping

All APO/FPO orders must use USPS Priority Shipping method in order to ship.
  •  Flat Rate Military $12.95 for all packages weighing up to 8lbs.
  • Anything over 8lbs will be charge the published rate for USPS priority mail.  Make sure you check this shipping method is you are shipping orders to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Please make note even though APO/FPO orders go overseas, it is still a domestic shipment and the shipping country should still remain as USA.  This will vastly reduce your shipping charges and you will be charge domestic rates and not international rates.

 All FPO/APOorders are sent through U.S. Postal Service

General Shipping Policies

  •     Orders are shipped within 24 hours. (subject to product availability)
  •     Orders place on Friday(after cutoff time),Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
  •     Tracking information will be provided to customers with valid email addresses.
  •     All US Domestic orders will be shipped UPS or USPS
  •     Orders must be placed before 1 PM (pacific) to be eligible for same day shipping.
  •     PO Box- APO/FPO- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico address must use USPS priority mail ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
  •     Not responsible for delays in delivery due to address inconsistencies, weather or any other uncontrollable acts. is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.  Again, we generate our shipping labels from the informationthe customerprovides us, so if you give us an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) and your package is lost, is not responsible.

A fee of $11 may be charged for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customers error. Even though we put a high priority on express packages, we may run into stock shortages that may delay delivery. Due to our high volume, items are sold first come first serve which may create flash stock outages even though items may show in stock at time of order.


Stock Availability


Although we manage our back stock closely we sometimes experience what are known as flash outages. These stock outages happen when an item sells out faster than the orders are filled. When this occurs it can create delays on delivery.

We continuously adjust stock levels to minimize shipping delays but we are sometimes limited by product availablity from the manaufacturer, due to manufacture back orders or delayed delivery from the manufacture. If you have any questions, contact our sales department to verify stock availability.


International Shipping

We ship all international orders via United States Postal Service(USPS priority mail).  Orders normally take 7-14 days for delivery.  But sometimes can take up to 20 days, depending on customs.Our Flat Rates do not apply to International Orders.

All shipping charges will be based on USPS International priority shipping rates. The shipping cost will be automatically shown based on the weight and destination of your order. Depending on what is in your shopping basket, the rate will be different. The rate is shown inUS Currency only.The shipping fee reflects the base shipping charge and do not include customs duties and taxes. Refusal or failure to pay your local duty or tax may affect your ability to place orders with us in the future.


Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail within 48 hours after your order shipped. You will have access to all of the information regarding the status of your package including detailed tracking and transit updates. The tracking information will also inform you of up to date information regarding customs clearance.

Import Taxes:We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or any additional charges that may come with custom clearance in your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

  • We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
  •  Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as illegal to import.
  • If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.If one item is seized by Customs and the remainder is delivered to you, we will not refund the cost of the seized item. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as unclaimed.

Import Restrictions

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We can not possibly keep up with all the laws in every country. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not. We will always ship discreetly for your privacy.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them. For custom information, visit the U.S. Department of Commerce Trade Information Center.

Each Countries may require various types of import licenses. will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to our shiping policy and terms of condition.

Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeapordize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Declaration of Value and Contents:

Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label. Also, we label the contents asNutritional Supplements for Personal Use.

Your Shipping Address and Phone Number:

Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by  USPS or to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.


International Payment Requirement


For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. Customers ordering over $50.00 for the first time from will need to fax or email us the following information. To process the order we will need a copy

  • A monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.).
  • A copy of the front and back of your credit card.
  • A copy of a utility bill that shows your shipping address


Email us the authorization code for that particular transaction. The authorization code can easily be obtained by calling your card issuing bank or by logging into your online banking account or by calling your card company.  The authorization code will be listed under the details of this transaction.  Please email us the authorization code along with your name and order/invoice number.


PLEASE NOTE:Your order will not ship until one of the two requirements are met.  Email us or fax us this information as soon as you make the order to insure your order is shipped out immediately.

Please understand that this is done to protect you as the customer from fraudulent charges.

Your privacy is assured. Please understand that we respect your privacy and have no interest in your personal spending habits. We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information. The extra step of faxing information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure you are the actual credit card holder. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.
