Directions

As a dietary supplement, MOAB may be taken 2-3 times daily. To assess for tolerance, begin use by taking 1-2 caplets, 203 times daily. The first dose should be taken in the AM before breakfast, the second dose before lunch and the final dose before dinner. Very experience uses may take 3-4 caplets 2-3 times daily.
