Acetyl-L-Carnitine Arginate (ALCA) and Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)
support the mitochondrial production of energy. ALCA is a novel
combination of the amino acids Acetyl-L-Carnitine and L-Arginine.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine is found in high concentrations in human brain,
nerve, heart, liver and sperm cells, where it participates in
metabolizing fatty acids into energy by the mitochondria.
Alpha Lipoic Acid is a water and lipid soluble antioxidant required by
the mitochondrial matrix pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, which is the
starting point of the Krebs or TCA (energy) .
ALCA and ALA work synergistically as antioxidants.
Suggested Use
Take 1 to 3 capsules per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
