Directions For Thermoxyn: Day 1 and 2- To assess tolerance,
take 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before lunch. Day 3 and beyond-
Take 2 capsules before breakfast and 2 capsules before lunch. Do not exceed 4
capsules in a 24 hour period. Do not consume more than 2 capsules in a 4 hour
period. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime.

the directions, or not following the warnings may lead to unwanted effects.
This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age
or older. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine
from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda, and other
dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine.
