Directions For Hemodraulix:

Store in a cool, dry place. As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop with eight (8) ounces of water and consume thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes before your workout. To preserve your NOS levels, we recommend not taking HemodrauliX® more than four (4) to five (5) times a week.
