Directions

Do not use 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN™ with REDLINE®, FRICTION™, MELTDOWN®, or any other products containing caffeine or other stimulants. Mix one scoop of 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN™ with 8 to 10 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. Start with ½ to ¾ scoops to assess tolerance. Drink 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN™ 30-45 minutes prior to any type of athletic event or resistance training.
