Directions: On workout days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule in the morning 30 minutes prior to food intake, 2 capsules 30 minutes before exercise, and 1 capsule before bed. On rest days: Take 1 capsule in the morning 30 minutes prior to food intake, 1 capsule 6 hours later 30 minutes before eating and 1 capsule before bed. Experienced users may increase nighttime dose by 1 capsule after 10 days of use.

I can say that from the use of this product within the 20 days, I have added an amazing 12 lbs. of muscle and have lost alot of fat. My sleep has been really good and the next day workouts have increased in intensity and focus. Regardless on some days that I get 6 hours of sleep or even 8 hours, it does not phase me. When I wake up, I am ready for anything. The sex has been awesome and my erections have been out of this world petrified with the durability to stay strong for a long time. Now I really wear my girl out all the times. There will be times when she just wants to rest, lol! Anyhow, along with eating right, and getting plenty of fluids you will not be in any resentment on this purchase. But then again, I can only speak for myself. Why not try it. Who knows, you might getter better results than I. Take it or don't take it. You have nothing to lose only the fact that you spend a little chump change on it. Than not taking it, you will regret it for not purchasing it. To sum it all up, this is an amazing product and I have gotten great unbelievable results.
