Only one down side....

First of all I want to explain that this line up will get anyone results if you A) Workout hard in the gym B) Eat good food, and eat plenty! I have always been "buff" but kind of beefy and not really solid. This stack really leaned me out, and I kept all my muscle. Not you can see the veins in my arms and see my abs.
The down side is its SO MANY pills to take. I felt like I was taking a pill every time I had a break in between class. If you can take the excessive pills, and want dense real muscle I would recommend this product.
