Directions
As a dietary supplement take 1 scoop of G8 with 6-12 ounces of cold
water daily. For best results consume 1 scoop of G8 15-30 minutes prior
to bedtime. Do Not consume more than one scoop of G8 daily. Increase
water intake while taking G
