I buy all of my supplements from SB Muscle and always received high quality products. I figured I would try these out to cut down on my sugar intake and still keep my caffeine buzz in the morning. Each tablet says 200mg, which would be a generous dose in the morning for anyone. I took 1...2...3 pills and still didn't feel anything. Save your money or tried a brand other than this one.
