So, if you forgot your shaker cup or don't have time to get out the blender, you can just add 2 scoops of Complete Protein Diet to a large glass filled with 12-14 oz of cold water or nonfat milk. Then mix it up with a spoon until completely dissolved. SHAKER: Plan ahead and bring a shaker cup with you to the gym or office to enjoy a quick on-the-go meal. Simply add 2 scoops of Complete Protein Diet to your shaker cup filled with 12-14 oz of cold water or milk and shake for about 30 seconds. If you don't own a shaker, order one at www.optimumnutrition.com or visit your local health food store or gym. BLENDER: For a richer, creamier shake, an electric blender is always best. To prepare, add 2 scoops of Complete Protein Diet to a blender filled with 12-14 oz of cold water or milk and 3-5 ice cubes. Cover and blend on highest speed for about 45 seconds.
