Stage 1: The Pro-Endurance (beta) Matrix is a combination of the two most effective ingredients known for increasing high repetition strength, endurance, and stamina; they are, Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine. When combined, these compounds are extremely effective at combating the metabolic conditions that typically lead to muscular fatigue.

• Citrulline Malate is composed of the amino acid Citrulline, bound to the Tricarboxylic Acid (TCA) intermediate Malic Acid. This combination offers athletes an excellent way to enhance performance levels by removing metabolic waste products like lactic acid and ammonia; while also stimulating the increased production of Nitric Oxide (NO), Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP), and Growth Hormone (GH).
• Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is rapidly converted into Carnosine once inside the body. Carnosine acts as a buffering agent, reducing the formation of excess hydrogen ions that are produced during intense training. Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop twice daily, spaced 6-8hrs apart on an empty stomach 30-minutes before exercise and/or meals using approximately 8-12oz of juice or water.
