Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 capsules with 12 ounces of water on an empty stomach or with a meal. For best results, consume at least a total of 64 ounces of water throughout the day. Keep lid tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Protect from heat, light, and moisture.
