| Your customer places order on your web site.
* You forward order to SBMuscle via e-mail, fax or web portal each morning orders from the previous day. You will be advised of any out of stock items when the order is received and have the option to ship complete or partial orders. Partial orders are subject to individual shipping charges.
* SBMUSCLE will ship order directly to consumer with your paperwork. You can provide SBMUSCLE with invoice copy (paper) or we can generate it here. Tracking information and order invoice will be provided to you when the package has shipped.
* Orders will be shipped via UPS, using Customer's UPS Shipper #, and shipping charges will be billed weekly to you. The "shipper" will appear to the consumer as yourself.
* You then pay SBMUSCLE for accumulated orders weekly via ACH payment or prepaid daily on credit card.
* You are responsible for collecting moneys from the consumer, as well as any returned or refused orders by the consumer.
* As a fulfillment customer, a set pricing schedule is determined.

Packing
All orders will be packed to SBMuscle Products specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size selection. Any special considerations must be approved by SBMuscle Products and may result in additional fees.
Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted from web retailers only. A 10% restocking fee plus freight will be charged.
Out-of-Stock Product Policy
SBmuscle will remove out-of-stock products from Web Retailer's invoice and packing list prior to printing and fulfillment.
Damages
SBMuscle Products is only responsible for damages caused by lack of packaging or UPS mishandling. We will NOT be responsible for damages due to elements out of our control i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not be responsible for drinks in glass containers that are shipped via UPS.

Inventory availability is not guaranteed. Web Retailer will be notified same business day of lack of inventory via e-mail (only during business hours).
Clothing
Clothing is NOT available.
We Provide:
SBMuscle Products Inc. will provide the following services to web retailers:
- The ability for SBMuscle Products to receive orders via e-mail & fax.
- An initial products listing that includes short descriptions, mass, MSRP, wholesale price, and UPC codes.
[ This will be available in Microsoft Excel or Access 97 formats. ]
- Regular updates of the product listing will be distributed to web retailers via e-mail by the Web Services Sales Representative.
