Directions
To maximize creatine uptake in muscle tissue, consume 2 servings per
day for the first 7 days, upon waking and after your workout or in the
afternoon. Thereafter, consume one serving (5 grams) after your workout.
On non-training days take one serving upon waking with breakfast.
