Directions
Important: Eat 1 bowl of brown rice about 30-40 minutes
before most workouts. Optional: 1 bowl of oatmeal. Take essential fatty
acids daily to assist muscle growth while optimizing fat loss. Example:
Flak Seed or Fish Oils. Take 1-2 teaspoons of Glutamine Peptide with
branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) after training & before bedtime.
