Directions
Add 1 rounded teaspoon (5 grams) of GAT Creatine Monohydrate to a
glass filled with 8-12 oz of cold water or fruit juice. Then stir with a
spoon. Tip: Power-up your protein meal-replacement, and weight-gainer

Monohydrate with morning, afternoon and evening meals, plus 1 additional
