Dosing Schedule Pre-Workout Post-Workout
Every Workout 1-2 Capsules 1-2 Capsules
Take 1 to 2 Purple K capsules 30 minutes prior to your

workout. On non-workout days, take 1 to
2 capsules in the morning. A loading
phase is not required.
