Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 slightly rounded scoops mixed with
16-24 ounces of water 30-45 minutes prior to training on an empty
stomach. If sensitive to stimulants, begin with lower dose (1-2 slightly
rounded scoops) to assess tolerance. Users will typically experience
maximum results within 1-5 hours of very first dose. Using this product
too close to bedtime may cause sleeplessness.
Warnings
Blast contains caffeine. Not for use by individuals under the
age of 18. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult with physician prior
to, during and after use if you are taking any prescription medication
or have any medical condition. Do not use if you are pregnant,

cardio arrhythmia, renal disease, hyperthyroidism, spasms, glaucoma,
psychiatric disease, psychological conditions, anxiety, depression,
nervousness, seizure disorder, stroke, angina, diabetes, asthma, suffer
from migraines, or are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Do not take
in conjuction with any supplement or over the counter drug containing alkaloids, caffeine, , phenylpropanolamine or
any stimulants. Do not combine with any other sources of caffeine. Do
not use if you have a history of drug abuse. Do not use with alcohol. Do
not use during high intensity activities in high temperature
conditions. Discontinue use and consult a physician immediately if you
