Directions

As a dietary supplement, mix 2 level scoops (11.29 g) in 16 oz water and shake well. Depending on body weight, split the following dose before and during your workout: Less than 160 lb: 2 scoops; 160-180 lb: 4 scoops; more than 180 lb: 6 scoops.
