Directions
Dosing schedule. Day 1 to 2: first serving 1 caplet, second serving 1 caplet; Day 2 to 4: first serving 2 caplets, second serving 2 caplets; Day 5 and beyond: first serving 3 caplets, second serving 3 caplets. For the first 4 days follow the dosing chart above. day 5 and beyond, take 3 caplets before breakfast or morning training session, and 3 caplets at mid-afternoon. Do not take within 5 hors of sleep. Do not exceed 6 caplets per day.
