Directions

As a dietary supplement take two liquid gels with 8 oz of water or juice on training days 45 minutes before working out. On non training days take two liquid gels with 8 oz of water or juice in the morning. For extreme results you may double your serving to 4 liquid gels prior to training. HydroTest is recommended to be taken as a 6 week on cycle, followed by a 2 week off period. A protein matrix is recommended to support increased protein requirements.
