Directions

Depending on the desired workout intensity, mix 1/2 packet (14 g) (Intense Workout) or 1 packet (28 g) (Super Intense) with 10-20 oz of water. Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not consume more than 1 packet (28 g) per day.
