Directions
Training Days - Mix one full serving of Flu (31 grams) with 8 - 10 oz. of water and consume immediately before and after you workout. For maximum results, you can combine your favorite pre or post workout nutrients along with Flud to help transport them directly into your muscle tissue. Flud can also be taken at any time during the day, and is best taken on an empty stomach.
