Directions

Mix one scoop EvoPro in four to six ounces water (less water makes a thicker shake). Your protein requirements may vary depending upon gender, body weight, level of activity, workout/training intensity, total diet and recovery needs. For best results in conjunction with intense weight trainings, take four or five servings of EvoPro spaced evenly throughout the day. One serving upon rising. One serving at mid-morning.
