INGREDIENTS: Muscle Delight™ Immediate and Sustained Release Protein Blend (Consisting of Ultra Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate and Isolate, Micellar Caseins and Caseinates derived from whole milk, Tonalin® [CLA] Conjugated Linoleic Acid), Dutch Cocoa, Creatine Monohydrate, Maltodextrin, Soybean Oil, Guar Gum, Sodium Chloride, Vitamin and Mineral Premix, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Potassium Chloride and Sucralose.
DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, mix two scoops (75g) with 10 to 12 ounces of cold water. For an even creamier treat, mix with low-fat milk.
