Directions: As a dietary supplement, dispense 3-9 cc´s in to mouth
2-3 times per day 30 minutes prior to exercise. If this is your first
time taking this product begin with half the recommended dosage to
assess your tolerance. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6
hours of bedtime. Allow five full days for Ripped Juice to take affect;
