Shipping Policies:

  • Flat rate of $5.99 for packages weighing 1-3 lbs.  Flat rate of $7.99 for packages weighing 3.1 -10 lbs. 2 To 5 Days Delivery for any order in the 48 States in the US.  Flat rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii, USPS shipping will have to be chosen for these two states.  Any orders 10 lbs and over will be assessed the corresponding UPS and USPS shipping cost for the weight and destination.
  • APO/FPO flat rates are $11.99 for packages weighing up to 8lbs.  Please make sure you check this option if you are shipping this to any APO/FPO addresses.
  • Most orders are shipped out same or next day depending on stock availability.  Depending on the volume of orders that day, the cutoff time form orders to ship the same day is 12pm PST.
  • UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Overnight are also available. The cutoff time for these options is 12PM PST. 
  • We will ship to P.O. Boxes through the U.S. Postal Service. All FPO and APO orders are sent through U.S. Postal Servica also.  Call for charges. 
  • We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home.  If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature.   This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. 
  • UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.  Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. 
  • We will charge you a $9 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error.  Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered.  If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number you will be charged the $9 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping and handling charges on returned items.  We recommentd USPS or UPS as carriers used on returned items.  We are not responsible for the item until it is delivered to our warehouse.
  • Because our shipping warehouse is located in the state of California, packages to California address will be delivered much faster than to other states. The average delivery estimate for a UPS Ground package to a California address is 1 business day after processing. So most packages will be recieved in the quickest possible time. You can use this information to your advantage and ship UPS Ground instead of 2nd or 3rd day shipping, and still receive your package quickly.

International Shipping Policies:

  • We offer international shipping world wide.  We do resreve right to cancel out orders that we find could be frauduelent. We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
  • Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all.  It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.
  • If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
  • You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Shipping by air to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Obviously, small bottles are cheaper to ship than heavy nutrition bars and protein powders. Again, e-mail us about the products you are interested in buying for an approximate shipping cost. We are currently shipping via USPS to all of Canada. Please use the shipping calculator to get an estimate of shipping charges.
  • Customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.  We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you.  Check with your own country.  We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.  Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.
  • For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only".  Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
  • We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

   APO/FPO Military Addresses?

You must choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option. UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How To Ship To Your APO/FPO Address

  1. First of all, be sure to choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option. You do not need to choose the more expensive international options, no matter where you are!

  2. Use the following format for filling out the address form:

      Additional Address Info (If Needed)
      APO, AP 91645
      USA

    You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state.

  3. Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the "billing address" section if the APO/FPO address is not on file with your credit card company. The APO/FPO address should go into the "shipping address" section.

You will be surprised at how fast your shipment arrives! Of course, it may take longer 2 - 3 days if you are outside of the country, but it will still be there very quickly.

  • International Shipping Policies

    • All shipping charges will be based on USPS International priority shipping rates. The shipping cost will be automatically shown based on the weight and destination of your order. Depending on what is in your shopping basket, the rate will be different. The rate is shown in US Currency only. The shipping fee reflects the base shipping charge and do not include customs duties and taxes. Refusal or failure to pay your local duty or tax may affect your ability to place orders with us in the future.

      AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER
      Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail within 48 hours after your order shipped. You will have access to all of the information regarding the status of your package including detailed tracking and transit updates. The tracking information will also inform you of up to date information regarding customs clearance.

      Import Taxes: We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or any additional charges that may come with custom clearance in your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from SBMuscle.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    • Import Restrictions

    • Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. Before you place your order, please be sure of your local customs laws concerning the shipment of dietary supplements. We can not possibly keep up with all the laws in every country. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not. We will always ship discreetly for your privacy.

      We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs or any quarantine fees or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them. For custom information, visit the U.S. Department of Commerce Trade Information Center.

      Each Countries may require various types of import licenses. SBMuscle.com will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. SBMuscle.com will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. SBMuscle.com will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to our shiping policy and terms of condition.

      Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills SBMuscle.com for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeapordize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

      Declaration of Value and Contents:
      Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label. Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".

      Your Shipping Address and Phone Number:
      Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by Fedex or USPS to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.

      Note: If your order is returned to us due to customs related issue such as banned / restricted products, a wrong address, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card minus a 20% restocking fee. You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 20 percent of the value of the order as a re-stocking fee. We will also subtract any other outside charges we have incurred during shipping, such as warehousing fees, return postage fees, etc. You will only be credited for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.

      International orders are shipped via USPS Express which can take approximately 7-14 business days for delivery. Transit times can also depend on the customs agency and rules in your country.

    • FIRST TIME INTERNATIONAL BUYER
      For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. Customers ordering over $50.00 for the first time from SBMuscle.com will need to fax or email us the following information. Please fax to (011.310.376.0911) or email to us at sbmuscle@sbcglobal.net  In order for SBMuscle.com to better serve you, the following information is required.

      To process the order we will need a copy

      • A monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.). 
      • A copy of the front and back of your credit card. 
      • A copy of a utility bill that shows your shipping address

    OR

      • Fax or email  us the authorization code for that particular transaction. The authorization code can easily be obtained by calling your card issuing bank or by logging into your online banking account.  The authorization code will be listed under the details of this transaction.  Please email us the authorization code along with your name and order/invoice number.

    NOTE: THE AUTHORIZATION CODE IS NOT THE CCV NUMBER.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: Your order will not ship until these requirements are met.  Email us or fax us this information as soon as you make the order to insure your order is shipped out immediately.

The extra step of faxing information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure you are the actual credit card holder.
